Overall Rationale: Results based, sans bowl season. Not really sure what else to say other than with the amount of opt outs and pre-bowl transfers I think bowl season has pretty much nothing to offer in terms of evaluating how good teams are and how good their season were, outside of the playoff games. My final top 25 is almost the exact same as my pre-bowls top 25.
