Overall Rationale: utilizing formula for first run, with human made adjustments based on close differences in ranking. With the modern bowl season being filled with opt outs and weirdness, it was hard to evaluate these results. Ultimately sought to lean on the formula except for 25, where I wanted to credit AF for their season and quality metrics.
