Explaining Omissions:
Tennessee: This team sucks. Their best win is Iowa (#36) (B1G runner-up) which has no offense. Got exposed by every good SEC team and even bad ones too.
Kansas State: Just out of the poll due to being below Ok. St. Ohio's win over Iowa State leads the system to believe the top of the MAC is better than the mid-high of the Big XII.
Louisville: A team of frauds, at the end. Good win with #16 Notre Dame, but incredibly fluky as ND was exhausted from difficult road games. Lost to USC to close out abysmal end of year.
Clemson: This team is not better than Duke or the mid->mid-high of the Big XII.
NCSU: See Kansas State.
Kansas: See Kansas State.
Iowa: I love defense, but this teams lack of any offense is too much.
