Overall Rationale: It's a fool's errand to attempt to judge teams based on the results of bowl games in which the teams might or might not be giving their best shot and might or might not be playing with the players that got them there. Therefore, only CFP bowl results (and the FCS championship, in which #25 SDSU continued its dominance) are included. Michigan and Washington are the only teams that moved, going from 2/1 to 1/2.
