Overall Rationale: Non-playoff bowl games are (mostly) meaningless, between coaching changes, transfers, opt outs, and the general who gives a shit atmosphere around them, I don't feel that non-playoff bowl games are necessarily a good representation of what a team was in a given year, so I don't consider the results of non-playoff bowl games to have much meaning. I didn't outright ignore the results of the non-playoff bowl games, but they don't have the same impact in my evaluations of these teams as the real games that actually mattered. Also after 10 years as a voter in this poll, it feels really good being able to vote my team number 1 in the final ballot of the season
