Overall Rationale: Teams are assigned a tier based on their ranking (T1=1-4, T2=5-12, T3=13-30, T4=31-50, T5=51-80, T6=81-110, T7=111-133). Points are gained for wins, subtracted for losses, based on the opponents tier.
