Overall Rationale: I try to rank based on resume, which creates some weird results this early in the season. I do not base my rankings off my previous ones whatsoever, as that just leaves teams with worse resumes higher than they should be. MOV does not play much of a role in my rankings, either. Feel free to ask me about any ranking. Also of note: I built a computer this past week! Woo! I'm not going to use it directly for my polls, but it's another thing to look at for me, considering it is also only resume-based.

2 Florida State Seminoles Grats, y'all, hard-fought game, but I think it's a tossup if Leonard doesn't exit in the 3rd quarter. We lost all the momentum after that; Belin just isn't good enough to make a game against Florida State competitive.

22 Tulane Green Wave If only Pratt had been healthy against Ole Miss. I think that game's a tossup with him; it's easy to forget it was tied going into the 4th quarter, and Tulane was in it until about the final five or so minutes.

24 Oklahoma State Cowboys A few weeks ago, after Oklahoma State lost to Iowa State, I didn't think they had much of a chance of even making a bowl. Since then, they've rattled off three straight wins vs. Kansas, vs. Kansas State and at West Virginia. They do have two rough losses, but those are good wins, better than anybody has below them.
25 Georgia State Panthers Tossup between Georgia State and Miami (FL) here, but I went with the Panthers. They've been solid, picking up some decent wins in a fairly strong Sun Belt and getting to 6-1. First 5 out: Miami (FL), USC, Kansas State, Troy, Duke
