23 Texas Tech Red Raiders 12.5, NR, 13.1 (22nd), 12.0 (22nd). A dominant win over West Virginia vaults Texas Tech into the rankings for the first time this year. This team beat #18 Texas and has only lost to #9 Oklahoma State, #12 NC State, and #15 Kansas State
24 Mississippi State Bulldogs 12.3, -0.5, -2, 11.0 (26th), 13.6 (19th). They lost by a lot, but it was to #5 Alabama. LSU’s dominant win over Ole Miss canceled most of the Bulldogs’ potential rating loss, keeping them ranked for another week.
