Overall Rationale: top ten should be in line with coaches poll/ap poll based on wins and previous rankings. I flipped PSU and Ole Miss because of the latter's loss to LSU, which moved them into the top 25 (23) above the other x-2 teams, except UK as Kentucky and Utah has both have had better wins and has been ranked much higher before their two losses against two top 25 teams (SC @ 25 coaches, Ole Miss, ranked in the top 10 at the time).
