Overall Rationale: My poll uses a combination of performance ( as it relates to scores mostly) and ELO. There is a bias in my poll where high MOV games can really skew things, especially early on. Even with SOS applied though, you still end up with teams who are simply undefeated and doing really well high, such as JMU.
