Overall Rationale: Each week I try to evaluate the top 25 based on resumes so far this year. I re-rank from scratch each week and don't believe a team should stay high just because they won and i had them ranked highly before.

1 Clemson Tigers Clemson is 6-0 with two high quality wins over NC State (5-1) and Wake Forest (5-1)
2 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia is 6-0. Their best win is over Oregon (5-1)
3 Tennessee Volunteers Tennessee is 6-0. They have solid wins over Florida (4-2), LSU (4-2) and Pittsburgh (4-2). They have a game against Alabama next week and a win could push them to the top of my rankings.
4 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio state is 6-0. Their best win is over Notre Dame (3-2) and they. also have wins over Wisconsin (3-3) and Rutgers (3-3)
5 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama is 6-0. They have a nice win over Texas (4-2) and also have wins over Texas A&M (3-3), Arkansas (3-3) and Vanderbilt (3-3). Bama plays Tennessee next week and could reestablish themselves at the top of my poll.
6 TCU Horned Frogs TCU is 5-0 and picked up a very nice win over Kansas (5-1) this weekend.
7 UCLA Bruins UCLA is 6-0 and has nice wins over Utah (4-2) and Washington (4-2)
8 USC Trojans USC is 6-0 with quality wins over Oregon State (4-2) and Washington State (4-2)
9 Ole Miss Rebels Ole Miss is 6-0 and has a quality win over Kentucky (4-2)
10 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State is 6-0 and has wins over Purdue (4-2) and Auburn (3-3)
11 Oklahoma State Cowboys Oklahoma State is 5-0 with wins over Baylor (3-2) and Texas Tech (3-3)
12 Michigan Wolverines Michigan is 6-0 with their best win over Maryland (4-2). They also have a win over iowa (3-3)
13 Syracuse Orange Syracuse is 5-0 with a solid win over Purdue (4-2) and a win over Louisville (3-3). They play NC State next week and can prove they belong high in my rankings.
14 Oregon Ducks Oregon is 5-1. They have a blowout loss to Georgia, but have wins over Washington State (4-2) and BYU (4-2)
15 NC State Wolfpack NC State is 5-1 with a loss to Clemson, but they have wins over Florida State (4-2) and Texas Tech (3-3).
16 Wake Forest Demon Deacons Wake forest is 5-1 with a loss to Clemson, but they have wins over Florida State (4-2) and Vanderbilt (3-3)
17 Mississippi State Bulldogs Mississippi State is 5-1 with a loss to LSU, but they have wins over Texas A&M (3-3), Ark (3-3) and Memphis (4-2)
18 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Notre Dame is 3-2. They're hard to rank. They have a loss to Ohio State that isnt bad and a bad loss to Marshall, but then they have wins over North Carolina (5-1), BYU (4-2) and Cal (3-2)
19 Kansas State Wildcats Kansas State is 5-1 with a loss to Tulane but wins over Oklahoma (3-3), Texas Tech (3-3), and Iowa State (3-3)
20 Kansas Jayhawks Kansas is 5-1 with wins over Duke (4-2) and Iowa State (3-3)
21 Illinois Fighting Illini Illinois is 5-1 with a loss to Indiana. They have wins over Wisconsin (3-3) and Iowa (3-3).
22 North Carolina Tar Heels North Carolina is 5-1 with a loss to Notre Dame. They're lacking quality wins, but they have upcoming games against Duke and Pitt.
23 Florida State Seminoles FSU is 4-2. They really choked away a win against NC State. They have a nice win over LSU (4-2) and also have a win over Louisville (3-3)
24 LSU Tigers LSU is 4-2 with a blowout loss to Tennessee and a loss to Florida State. They have a very nice win over Mississippi State (5-1) and also a win over Auburn (3-3)
25 Texas Longhorns Texas is 4-2. I would rank them higher if i considered only how good they can be when Quinn Ewers is playing. They have an absolute domination of Oklahoma (3-3) but have losses to Alabama and Texas Tech. They play Iowa State next week and that won't mean much but follow that up with games that could really move them up my rankings.
