6 Ohio State Buckeyes Close game against Notre Dame looks less impressive by the week. Can't justify moving them higher until they prove themself against a decent team.
7 Washington Huskies Very impressive win against MSU, and in light of it their other wins don't leave question marks that teams below them have.
8 Clemson Tigers Need to see them perform against a good team. I have a lot of questions about their offense.
9 Kentucky Wildcats Not entirely sure Florida is that good, but also not sure they aren't. That's a better situation than the teams below them for their signature win.
10 Arkansas Razorbacks Come on. I get it's Petrino, but FCS Missouri State?
11 Oklahoma State Cowboys Win against ASU just lost a ton of shine. I would drop them a lot more for that alone (I was valuing it highly) except that the teams below have just as many questions.
12 Tennessee Volunteers Took care of business.
13 Oregon Ducks I guess Georgia really is that good?
14 Texas Longhorns UTSA and Tech wins were of similar quality, UL Monroe and Charleston Southern wins ditto, so the 1 point loss to Alabama beats out a 1 point win over ECU.
15 NC State Wolfpack UTSA and Tech wins were of similar quality, UL Monroe and Charleston Southern wins ditto, so the 1 point loss to Alabama beats out a 1 point win over ECU.
16 Penn State Nittany Lions Convincing win over Auburn.
17 Ole Miss Rebels Not really tested yet but performing to expectations.
18 Florida Gators Struggling with USF is not a good look.
19 Utah Utes Florida loss is an anchor around their neck.
20 Wake Forest Demon Deacons
21 Michigan State Spartans Lost to Washington away, but I think that may be more about Washington being better than expected.
22 North Carolina Tar Heels App State win looks solid.
23 Appalachian State Mountaineers What an ending.
24 BYU Cougars Good win over Baylor, acceptable loss to Oregon, I may have them a little underrated at 24 but we'll see.
25 Baylor Bears Lost to a decent BYU team, but Oregon > BYU drags them down a bit.
