Overall Rationale: This week poll was the first one which we had major movers and upsets that got dealt into the mix. Notre Dame, Baylor, and Texas A&M suffering an upset and thus dropped down, while we see Tennessee, Texas, and Penn State moving up into the poll by either winning or losing in the final seconds. It was a 2007esque type of weekend and who knows what the rest of the season. HM to Georgia Southern as they were the final nail in the Scott Frost Era at Nebraska.
