Overall Rationale: I make a new poll every week, so there's little sense of teams "moving up/down." It's just how I judge them thus far, with lots of uncertainty. One hard rule is that if two teams have the same record and faced off head-to-head, the winner of the game must be ahead, hence why Florida is ahead of Utah even though I feel as though Utah is overall a better team moving forward. If that's the case, both teams will prove it later in the year. I'm still in a wait and see mode with USC, and same goes for Miami and sorta Oregon too, although they bounced in and out as I made the 20-25 range. Right now Miami and Oregon are out, but right on the outside.
