Overall Rationale: Week 2's wild world of sports is through. Lots of erratic changes in this week, but pretty much sums up as "teams that are undefeated against opponents with at least 1 win (e.g. Penn State opponents are 2-0 outside of PSU games). The one exclusion is Illinois, 2-1 with the strongest performing opponents so far, at 4-0 outside of Illinois games.
