Overall Rationale: To quote me from last year:"I make my judgement based on recruiting classes, performance during the previous seasons (especially in the last couple of weeks), strength of schedule, and with my own question: 'How much does this team deserve their spot?'. With that criteria, I then go and pick my choices."This previous rationale, combined with some new insight after my first year on the poll, allows me to review and rank teams better than I could when I was first starting.
