I might be wrong to leave them out, but they just don't seem like top 25 teams to me and sadly might not even get the chance to prove they are or aren't this year. I thought Washington was going to be better than expected this year and sneak out a decent record. Arizona State I think has a shot to surprise people again too, but I just ran out of room to put all three of Tennessee, Washington, and Arizona State when I consider all of them behind the 23 teams ahead of them.
