Overall Rationale: Let's Go! So I know we are supposed to rank like everyone is playing, but to be nice I won't pu tmy cougars too high... D:

1 Clemson Tigers trevor lawrence is what has them at the top and their more recent history i guess
2 Ohio State Buckeyes sad times probably could be number 1
3 Alabama Crimson Tide things never change (well since the late 00's)
4 Georgia Bulldogs kinda just trust that recruiting and Wake Forest brains at qb
5 Penn State Nittany Lions I guess at least they dont have to play this fall wihtout micah parsons...
6 Oklahoma Sooners rattler is supposed to be amazong, and we've seen how qbs have done well here.
7 LSU Tigers they lost like everyone, but talent and coach O and the actual offensive coordinator are there
8 Florida Gators Always liked dan mullen and he did well last year
9 Oregon Ducks not gonna lie was really hoping the pac12 could've snuck into the playoffs this year again, finally
10 Wisconsin Badgers could be higher, maybe I have my wisconsin shouldnt be too close to#5 glasses on
11 Notre Dame Fighting Irish jumping onto the acc so they can play should be easy except clemson
12 Auburn Tigers see if bo nix can do well again had some youthful mistakes last year, which makes sense
13 Oklahoma State Cowboys hopefully chuba can chugga chugga chugga this team to a great record
14 Texas Longhorns gotta keep the texas teams close. and really longhorns seem like they have to produce, coaching turnover might be weird this year.
15 Texas A&M Aggies schedule seems not AS bad like last couple years where it was terrible, then again sec west its never easy
16 Michigan Wolverines at least they wont dissapoint this year? (as someone tired of the same teams every year I do want them to do well)
17 North Carolina Tar Heels maybe texas shouldnt have removed mack brown? qb seems to be a bright spot. 
18 USC Trojans could've been an interesting year to get Helton fired.
19 Cincinnati Bearcats luke fickell didnt leave, thats a solid
20 Minnesota Golden Gophers rowing the boat through all those lakes . could've been their best year in a while building on last years success
21 UCF Knights perhaps a winner with other big schools not playing? then again not playing other big schools seems less good
22 Iowa State Cyclones when you have a 1st round draft projected qb you should be good I imagine. 
23 Iowa Hawkeyes kinda always have to be here, even if there is some behind the scenes issues
24 Utah Utes
25 Virginia Tech Hokies
