Overall Rationale: Resume based. Your rank is what your schedule deserve. Play good teams, don't lose. I did my best to reward teams with most impressive Power 5 wins, with a certain quality G5 team meriting more than a win against a Power 5 teams (right about where Hawai'i is, who has 2 Power 5 wins, but against what we think are terrible teams). Only way teams with an FCS win get in this week is with an average P5 victory or a good G5 victory. Teams with only G5 wins ranked according to perceived ability to beat G5 teams. Gap fillers done on assessment from last season. This ends once we're a couple weeks in and we've got a good idea of who's good based on this year v.s. last year.
