Overall Rationale: No bias or preseason element, not predictive just purely based on what happens on the field. As always won't have two teams from the same conference in the top 4 since those results will always be settled during the season on the field. Sorry, Georgia, that y'all fell out. Blame Vandy because had they won y'all would still be in the top 20. Also, nobody from the Big 12 made it in. Wow. Had OU/OSU stuck to their guns and not played an FCS team they'd be in probably.

1 Clemson Tigers 2 P5 wins, both of which have also won games.
2 LSU Tigers Win on the road against P5 team that also has a win.
3 Wisconsin Badgers Wins against bad teams, but there is a slight margin of victory element that Wisconsin is totally cashing in on.
4 Hawai'i Rainbow Warriors Two P5 games. Two P5 wins.
5 Alabama Crimson Tide Actually 3rd in points right behind LSU, but that game will be settled in a few weeks. 
6 Auburn Tigers Two wins against teams with wins. I think they pissed Oregon off.
7 Iowa Hawkeyes Who's ready for some Gameday at El Assico action?
8 Wyoming Cowboys Mizzou doing them a solid while the Cowboys were busy winning on the road.
9 Boise State Broncos Got the job done against Marshall, FSU nearly cost them a bit for SoS but pulled out the W which is all that counts.
10 Colorado Buffaloes They were #26 last week, but still quite a jump. Neutral site win then P5 win over a team with a FBS win helped them out here. Had Nebraska won they'd be ranked somewhere around here so thank you, Ralphie, for helping me avoid that.
11 USC Trojans Fresno nearly helped them into the top 10, but a big win over a P5 team with a win is nice.
12 North Carolina Tar Heels 2 P5 games 2 P5 wins. All of the top 12 are really close in points.
13 Utah Utes Getting it done, BYU winning actually helped them jump a bit.
14 Ohio State Buckeyes Sooo they are who we thought they were. Or Cincy isn't as good as we thought. Or UCLA is just badddd. Or all of the above.
15 Michigan State Spartans Michigan State scored 51 points and I wanna say that's against the rules, but really they're playing well on both sides of the ball now. Plus Tulsa did them a favor by winning.
16 SMU Mustangs Didn't expect to see them here, but two wins and Arkansas State won so here we are.
17 Michigan Wolverines It really really wasn't pretty, and I'm not convinced that Army isn't the better team. But it doesn't matter what I'm convinced of because the points say Michigan is right here so here they are.
18 Kentucky Wildcats Didn't expect them here either. Two wins though and EMU won last week so that's nice.
19 Mississippi State Bulldogs Kinda the same as Kentucky except with ULL instead of EMU.
20 Illinois Fighting Illini Still alive in the top 25 because wins are wins and count for the most.
21 Wake Forest Demon Deacons Is Wake great? Their QB sure is.
22 Maryland Terrapins FCS games don't count in my rankings so Maryland only has one game while most of these other teams have two, yet they won so massively they got into the top 25. Holy offense.
23 Virginia Cavaliers pitt beating Ohio gave them that tiny SoS bump to keep them in the rankings.
24 Memphis Tigers Ok so actually the final three here are all still coasting off their highs from last week, but Ole Miss winning gave Memphis a slight bump ahead of ND.
25 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Week two bye week is bullshit, but at least Louisville didn't lose.
