Overall Rationale: Attempting to make this poll all about games played on the field.  I'm not playing the "if team A played team b, who'd win?" game.  It's too subjective.  This approach is trying to reward teams for playing better competition and winning, while also recognizing the dominating performance and talent against lesser teams.
