Overall Rationale: Computer poll that treats every team as equal at the start of every season. This is not a predictive poll but a poll based on what you have achieved so far?Why is Hawaii in first place? Because they have won more games and at this point in the season, there is not significant enough data to show how good those wins are in compared to others.Auburn beat Washington week 1 but they will not be getting much credit for that win until Washington starts winning multiple games.Really it takes about 4-5 weeks for the rankings to really hold any sort of weight to them
