Overall Rationale: Largely based on s&p+, with some changes based on things that may not be factored into that. I don't think this will be that predictive overall, but I think preseason polls are underrated in their predictive capacity, where teams end up with wins and losses isn't always indicative of how good they are, especially 2-4 games into the season.
