Overall Rationale: On the season, I use a computer poll but since there is no data, I'm using a combination based on how teams did last year in my system and the returning number of players. It is not the most scientific but it gives a "rough" sense of where every team stands. If you do not see your team on here, don't worry, once the season starts, I will be switching to my computer poll.
