Overall Rationale: I feel bad because this was one of the weeks I was unable to submit before the AP poll and it ended up being almost identical, even though I did my normal process and filled it out independently. While I think that there is a lot of fidelity in the Top 25, there are more teams lurking on the cusp than usual (surprising number of 1 loss G5s, and teams that had 2 losses early playing well since). Dropped out: USC (18, back-to-back losses indicative of a larger trend and re-evaluating, they have had a few good games of one half of the ball), Clemson (23, loss), Louisville (24, I think this is about the 3rd time I dropped them this season due to no fault of their own, but the Pitt loss looks worse, and I think a couple G5s deserve more recognition). New this week: UCLA (23), Kansas State (24), Toledo (25). Next few out, mostly in order: USC, Louisville, Miami (FL), Liberty, Fresno State, Florida, Wyoming, Kansas, Memphis, Iowa, Rutgers, SMU, Oklahoma State, Georgia State, Ohio, UNLV, Wisconsin
