Overall Rationale: Michigan/Georgia are both playing a not so great schedule, but Michigan is cruising and Georgia has struggled a bit. Ohio State/OU/UW all have better top wins, UW gets dropped for struggling with ASU Saturday. The 24/25 spots are more "these two teams did neat things and deserve recognition" than an actual reflector of quality. I didn't want to rank USC and only had 23 teams I wanted to rank as a result.
