Overall Rationale: Resume based ballot utilizing MoV, SoR, SoS primarily with small amounts of eye-test involved when comparing similar bodies of work

1 Ohio State Buckeyes Finally have the Resume to take the number one spot with wins over ND and PSU.
2 Florida State Seminoles Solid wins over good Duke and LSU programs and a decent Clemson program give them the bump over teams with just 1 solid-great win.
3 Oklahoma Sooners Still have probably the best win so far, but also its just 1 win and they really struggled against a not good UCF team.
4 Michigan Wolverines This MoV is insane, while they havent played the best teams, they are absolutely crushing and looking good while doing it.
5 Washington Huskies Great win against Oregon, but the struggle against ASU drops them below UM. Resume took a hit with no offensive TD scored against a bad ASU team, but they will have opportunities to regain a higher ranking.
6 Georgia Bulldogs Bye Week, gets leapt by some teams that were close to them and played games.
7 Oregon State Beavers Quietly have 2 solid wins and a QUALITY LOSS
8 Texas Longhorns Struggled against UH, but the bama win looks better every week.
9 Oregon Ducks Good win against a decent WSU team added to the resume, but unfortunately they dont have a lot of other excellent wins, just good MoV.
10 Alabama Crimson Tide Come from behind win against a decent Tennessee team saves the ranking for Bama, but mediocre performances throughout the earlier part of the year holds them back a bit.
11 Utah Utes On the one hand, im personally very down on USC and dont think that win matters as much as some people do. On the other hand, this team is playing down half their squad due to injuries and are phenomenally coached.
12 Penn State Nittany Lions Defense looks great, offense struggled heavily. Needs a good win to rescue them from this weeks performance, not just good MoV in other weeks. Iowa win means a bit less now.
13 Ole Miss Rebels It would help if i knew if Auburn was good. Ole miss is still a good team and solidly deserves a top 15 spot.
14 Notre Dame Fighting Irish USC and Duke wins mean less, but OSU loss means a bit more. The duke win is still pretty good though.
15 Missouri Tigers Only 1 loss, and Ok-good performances throughout the year.
16 Louisville Cardinals
17 North Carolina Tar Heels Unfortunate loss, but they are still a 1 loss team.
18 Air Force Falcons
19 LSU Tigers It was just Army, but still a win.
20 Duke Blue Devils FSU seems really good, and they kept it close for 3 quarters.
21 UCLA Bruins
22 Tulane Green Wave
23 James Madison Dukes
24 Tennessee Volunteers
25 USC Trojans I am unfortunately forced to include the Trojans due to my ballot's measurement system. 2 losses, both to good teams, is enough to stay ranked at this point in the season.
