Overall Rationale: The non-playoff bowl games are meaningless exhibition matches and with the pervasiveness of Opt-Outs, Transfers, and Coaching Changes, I don't feel that they are a good data point in determining the quality of teams compared to others. I have not completely ignored these games, but I have treated them with a lot less weight than the 12-13 games that these teams played in the regular season, so there isn't much movement from my last poll vote to this one. Congratulations if you did win you bowl game, but it just doesn't hold much weight for me.
