1 Michigan Wolverines Beat OSU even better than last year, at their place. Impressive second half against strong OSU makes them a clear playoff caliber team, which Georgia didn't look quite this good against Tennessee.
2 Georgia Bulldogs Sketchy performance lands them below a team that landed a monumental blow to OSU in near blowout fashion in the second half.
3 TCU Horned Frogs Favorite for the Big XII. Absolutely destroyed my Cyclones after my defense decided that playing well earned them nothing with Tom at the helm of the offense. Fire him! Oh, yeah TCU good.
4 USC Trojans Surprised me with their quality Notre Dame win. I think they are legit now and belong at this place as they move to win the Pac-12.
5 Ohio State Buckeyes Lost bad to Michigan, but still only one loss which no one else can say. Reminds me to really think about how I consider conference championship games.
6 Penn State Nittany Lions Silent loser of the B1G would be in playoff talks if they didn't have to face two juggernauts in their division.
7 Tennessee Volunteers Recovered by beating Vandy to death.
8 Washington Huskies Neat recovery late in season and head to heads net you here. Almost dropped you off the deep end by accident.
9 Oregon State Beavers Best team in Oregon. Beautiful comeback seals them as the real deal and best 3-loss.
10 Oregon Ducks Head-to-head.
11 UCLA Bruins Head-to-head
12 Kansas State Wildcats Beat Kansas definitively and been rising since falling to Texas. Which purple team wins the Big XII championship?
13 Utah Utes Wins against Colorado, but jumps by virtue of impressiveness of opposition. Somehow makes it to face USC in Pac-12 championship game rematch?
14 Troy Trojans SBC bound after better win gets you here. This and the one below just keep winning to stay in the rankings and rising.
15 South Alabama Jaguars Don't lose to Troy and don't play so unfavorably. Probably should be lower, but wins speak. Rises as always relative to others.
16 UTSA Roadrunners Not sure how they even managed to hold on after that abysmal performance vs UTEP. C-USA championship will show colors a bit better.
17 Tulane Green Wave Best American team atm but UCF and Cinci looked embarrassing enough to get them lower than before.
18 Alabama Crimson Tide The quality of their wins just keeps decreasing.
19 Clemson Tigers Held on too much all season and fell apart.
20 Florida State Seminoles The best team in Florida. I think.
21 LSU Tigers Horrific loss to Aggies nets you a fall from grace of this magnitude.
22 James Madison Dukes Late season resurgence after a dominant start earns them a place back here.
23 Coastal Carolina Chanticleers Not even sure they deserve this with their garbage 2nd loss and horrible resume. They clinch this and the SBC through BS.
