Overall Rationale: General ranking thought process is a combination of considering efficiency metrics and quality of resume (recency weighted more heavily). Dropped from last week: Washington (17 - Fine loss but win over MSU really means nothing at this point), Minnesota (18 - Tough without Ibrahim but you can't lose vs. an average team at home), Texas A&M (19), Arkansas (20 - Obviously fine loss but spent large parts of this game being run off the field, even against a backup QB), Oklahoma (22), Texas Tech (25). New this week: TCU (13), Wake Forest (18), UCLA (21), Mississippi State (22), Syracuse (23), James Madison (25). Next few out, in order: Washington, Tulane, Washington State, Minnesota, Arkansas, LSU, Texas
