Overall Rationale: General rationale is undefeated teams are ranked highest, as there is no definitive proof that a team is better than them. Between the undefeated teams, a holistic review of a resume is conducted. Once losses occur, a resume is examined and there is much more grey area in which teams can be played. Georgia is still undisputed No. 1 in my view, even if they're getting lazy playing opponents they view are beneath them.
