Even if that were the case, it's odd that they are ranked so low given that Oregon is ahead of them right now in the metric. They could have fallen into the trap of beating Oregon by so much it was like a fluke in the computer's eyes.
18 Tennessee Volunteers -13 BYE is tough. Computer doesn't like the Vols as much as teams that played games and won them this past weekend. The differences between games played for teams will average out by season's end.
