Overall Rationale: Head to head matters (shockingly). If you have the same or better record than a team and you beat them, you are going ahead of that team. Florida doesn't deserve to be ranked imo, but Utah lost to them, so Utah can't be ranked either. I feel like Utah is a better team but results have to matter. I punish teams more for winning ugly than the AP does, hence why Wake Forest and Arkansas dropped a decent distance. I also reward losing close to good teams, hence why Cincinnati and Texas are where they are. Texas A&M and Miami are both close to making the cut, but App State literally beat AND has a tougher SoS thus far than TAMU, so they clearly should be ahead. Miami just lost to TAMU so clearly they should be behind as well.
