Overall Rationale: My top 5 stayed the same, and barring any major upsets they will probably be my top 5 up until the last week. 6-12 is the next tier, with most teams moving up due to BYU and Arkansas falling my poll. 13-19 is my next tier with good teams who are mostly still undefeated. 20-25 really extends to 30 or 35 with teams like Utah just on the outside but I wouldn't heavily favor against any of the other teams.
