T-Thugs Ballot for 2021 Week 4

Overall Rationale: I try my best to rank teams each week based on their resumes. For this reason, my poll swings wildly week to week early on as teams get real wins on their resume. Also, teams that lose early but are still great teams may not appear at all, but I will bring them back as they get wins. For example, Clemson and Florida are not ranked in my poll right now, due to being 2-1 and not really having wins over teams worth mentioning. As other teams lose and they get wins, I'll bump them back up quickly.

1 Alabama Crimson Tide Reigning champs Alabama are still on top of my rankings after getting a nice win at Florida. 3-0. Best win is Florida. 
2 Oregon Ducks Oregon is undefeated. Have 2 nice wins now. Ohio State is still a good win with the Buckeyes at 2-0, and also now Fresno State looks like a good win with the bulldogs sitting at 3-1 and having a win over UCLA. 
3 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State got a great win this weekend over Auburn. Now has wins over Auburn (2-1) and Wisconsin (1-1). 
4 Georgia Bulldogs Georgia offense seems to have figured it out and they're rolling now. Best win is over Clemson (2-1).
5 Iowa Hawkeyes Iowa has wins over Iowa State and Indiana. Indiana win is a little bit less impressive this week after they got beat by Cincinnati and are now 1-2, but Iowa State is still 2-1. 
6 Kansas State Wildcats Kansas State is 3-0. Best win is over Stanford (2-1). Also have a win over Nevada (2-1). 
7 Ole Miss Rebels Ole Miss is 3-0, best win is over Louisville (2-1). That win looks a little better this week because Louisville picked up a win over UCF.  Also beat Tulane soundly this weekend. 
8 Arkansas Razorbacks Arkansas is 3-0. Best win is over Texas (2-1)
9 BYU Cougars BYU is 3-0. Picked up a nice win over Arizona State (2-1)
10 Maryland Terrapins Maryland seems very overrated sitting in this position, but the terms are 3-0 and have a nice win over West Virginia.
11 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Notre Dame is 3-0. Best win is Purdue (2-1).
12 Kentucky Wildcats Kentucky is 3-0. Best win is over Missouri (2-1).
13 Memphis Tigers Memphis is 3-0. Best win is over Mississippi State (2-1)
14 Michigan State Spartans Michigan State is undefeated. Best win is over 1-2 Miami or 1-2 Northwestern. 
15 Utah State Aggies Utah State is 3-0. Best win is over Air Force (2-1)
16 Oklahoma Sooners Oklahoma is 3-0. Best win is Nebraska (2-2). They play West Virginia this weekend but then have back to back games to prove they should move up with Kansas State and Texas. 
17 Michigan Wolverines Michigan is 3-0, best win is Western Michigan (2-1) or Washington (1-2). 
18 Oklahoma State Cowboys Ok State is 3-0. Best win is probably Boise State (1-2). They have a big chance to move up in my poll this week with a game against Kansas State. 
19 Texas A&M Aggies 3-0, but lacking quality wins. Colorado got spanked by Minnesota this weekend. Next week they play Arkansas and could get a real quality win. 
20 Cincinnati Bearcats Cincy is 3-0, but their best win is Indiana, who unfortunately for them is only 1-2. Might look better as Indiana gets some wins on their resume. Also have a big chance in 2 weeks to get a nice win with a game vs Notre Dame.
21 San Diego State Aztecs Aztecs are 3-0. Best win is Utah, but currently they are 1-2. 
22 Fresno State Bulldogs Fresno State is 3-1. I have them as my top 1 loss team because their only loss is to Oregon, and they have a win over UCLA, who is now 2-1 with a good win over LSU. 
23 Ohio State Buckeyes Ohio State is 2-1. They lost at home to Oregon, and have a solid win over 2-1 Minnesota. I have them behind Fresno because they lost to the same team by same margin, but buckeyes were at home vs Fresno on the road, and I have UCLA currently as a better win than Minnesota. That could easily change. 
24 Stanford Cardinal Stanford is 2-1. They have a blowout victory over 2-1 USC, which is one of the better wins out there for 1 loss teams. 
25 UCLA Bruins UCLA is 2-1. Best win is over LSU (2-1). Loss is to Fresno State (3-1)
