Overall Rationale: Still confused about quite a few teams currently. Alabama had mortal moments and Clemson/OU/A&M/Notre Dame are all overrated, that's coming from an Aggie. The 5 teams who just missed my ranking: Rutgers, Liberty, UCLA, Coastal Carolina, and UTSA. The biggest changes from last week: Clemson (-7), Virginia Tech (UR), UCLA (UR), Rutgers (UR), Pitt (UR), Marshall (UR), Mississippi State (UR), Virginia (UR), Cincinnati (+10), Kentucky (UR), Kansas State (+12), Fresno State (NEW), Michigan State (NEW), Minnesota (NEW), Wake Forest (NEW), BYU (NEW), Memphis (NEW), SDSU (NEW), Notre Dame (NEW)
