Overall Rationale: MOV poll, ties broken by lower points allowed since I feel like allowing less is harder than scoring more. We don't really have much to go off of for this season exclusively, which is what I base the poll off of. If I still have a tie, I have basically nothing elsle to go off of so then it'll be based on how good I think the team is. The top 2 teams by MOV against FCS teams will be placed at #24 and #25.
