T-Thugs Ballot for 2019 Week 2

Overall Rationale: Each week, I reevaluate each team based on their accomplishments so far this season. For this reason, my poll looks very weird at the beginning of the season and I often end up on the most controversial list. However, as the season goes on and we have more games to evaluate, my poll starts to look more like everyone else's. One example of how my poll will be weird: Georgia State defeated Tennessee on the road. Beating a power 5 team at their place is more impressive to me than defeating an FCS team or a traditionally bad G5 team at home. For this reason, Georgia state will be ranked above teams like Nebraska, Penn State, LSU, etc. until they have comparable wins on their resume. One other thing to note: because I re-evaulate, I wont keep teams locked into where they are. So if a team like LSU, who is probably very good, is not ranked or ranked at the bottom of my poll after week 1, they could easily move to the top with a win over a team like Texas in week 2. I won't keep them below other teams just because they were there before. There will be less movement in late polls.

1 Auburn Tigers Auburn got a nice win over Oregon on a neutral site. I think this was the best win of the season so far. 
2 Clemson Tigers I think Clemson is the best team in the nation. They started off the year with an absolute domination of Georgia Tech.
3 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama started the year by crushing an ACC team in Duke. 
4 Stanford Cardinal Defeated reigning Big Ten West champions Northwestern. 
5 Georgia Bulldogs Started the year with a solid victory over Vanderbilt on their home field.
6 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Started off the year with an 18 point victory over Louisville on their field. They looked a bit rough in the process though.
7 Florida Gators Defeated Miami on a neutral field. 
8 Georgia State Panthers Started the year with a win over Tennessee on the road. 
9 Boise State Broncos Boise State had an impressive comeback to defeat Florida State on their own field. 
10 Nevada Wolf Pack Nevada had a big comeback win over Purdue. 
11 North Carolina Tar Heels Defeated South Carolina to start off the year.
12 Boston College Eagles Defeated Virginia Tech.
13 Virginia Cavaliers 1-0 with win over Pittsburgh
14 Memphis Tigers Started the year with win over Ole Miss.
15 Wyoming Cowboys Nice win over Missouri. 
16 Oklahoma State Cowboys Defeated Oregon State to start the season. 
17 Hawai'i Rainbow Warriors Defeated Arizona to start the season.
18 Cincinnati Bearcats Defeated UCLA to start the season.
19 Oklahoma Sooners Looked dominant in win over Houston. 
20 Utah Utes Solid win over BYU.
21 USC Trojans Defeated Fresno State.
22 Penn State Nittany Lions Idaho stinks but thats a lot of points. Top of the rankings for the gimme wins. 
23 LSU Tigers Impressive in win over a nobody. big Test this week with Texas. Winner will shoot up in poll.
24 Washington Huskies Whooped a bad team.
25 Wisconsin Badgers Defeated South Florida.
