Overall Rationale: Obviously still very early in the season, so I'm basically taking my preconceived notions (preseason) and comparing/contrasting with how teams performed and against what competition they performed. Underachievers trended downward, overachievers trended upward. I also felt bad about not ranking UCF in the preseason.
