Overall Rationale: I think Nebraska and Michigan are both overrated.  Nebraska's had losing seasons each of the past two years and I just don't think teams with losing records the previous seasons deserve a spot in any rankings of any sort.I just don't believe Michigan is quite top-10 caliber.yet. They're definitely not bad, though. For some reason I didn't realize you had to validated and submit your ballot after filling it out but IIRC I had Iowa State at 17 or 18 in my preseason ballot and I've dropped them a few spots after their, uh, ....close victory over UNI.
