Overall Rationale: This was largely based on a formula that took the amount of points earned by each team and divided by their opponents previous rank (Will have a link in the Reddit Comment Thread). Points will be denoted there and will also denote if a team's points were nerfed due to quirks in the formula (ie Wake Forest was originally over 40 points)
