Overall Rationale: I utilize the eye test most importantly. Obviously the first three weeks don't matter much, but in the later weeks that will be the most important factor. The question I have when evaluating any team: How have they performed against teams I consider good, and how did they perform against teams I consider worse? In an ideal world, Team 1, ranked higher than Teams 2 through 25, will be able to beat Teams 2 through 25.
