Overall Rationale: I began with the current pool of AP top 25 plus a smattering of teams I am personally liking which includes Cincinnati, Minnesota, Arizona St, Army, Maryland, and USC.I then took this pool and did what I'm referring to as a kind of Binary Recursive Sort, where I gave each team a "Greater" or "Lesser" value and then resorted into those two pools. I then did this iteratively until I was left with many small pools of teams in order. I did the sort one final time.This method produced a few oddities, such as Penn State being ranked very highly and above Georgia. I used a final pass to smooth out irregularities like this.
