Overall Rationale: Teams with a loss make their debut this week, though they have less priority then undefeated teams. If you have a loss, you also have to have a win over a team with some substance, hence no Miami or Michigan. Admittedly, by rights Ole Miss should be in over Texas Tech given this criteria, but Texas Tech has two substantial wins, whereas OM only has one.
