Overall Rationale: I had to restart my computer and lost all the explanations. I didn't have time to write up explanations sadly. /u/ me in the comments if you have questions (or respond to my comment on the poll thread if I make one). Good wins/bad losses will begin to shape this ballot more with MOV fading into the background in the future, but currently MOV is still probably the biggest factor after record, will probably start putting less emphasis on record next week or in 2 weeks. Oh, also, I forgot road wins again. Please remember next week me to include those too. Too late to change my rankings now because of that.

Duke has a strong overall resume with wins against 2 2-1 teams and a 1-2 team, and good MOV. (Also this is the types of explanation I usually write up for other teams, but I just don't have time to do all of them this week, sadly, after I lost most of them because my computer glitched out and I had to restart it.)
