Ballot Type: Human
Submitted: Sept. 17, 2018, 7:35 a.m.
Overall Rationale: I had a rationale to begin with but choosing the best wins and the determining the rankings with that has been fun. I may continue with it and see how the average for the final ranking works out. If strength of schedule is truly important then by the end of the season the average should be a realistic idea of who has the strongest strength of schedule. Winning over ranked opponents means your schedule is difficult and you will move up in my ballot.
Rank | Team | Reason |
---|---|---|
| LSU Tigers | Beat a top 10 Auburn team, remained undefeated.  |
| Ohio State Buckeyes | Beat a top 15 TCU team, remained undefeated.  |
| Oklahoma State Cowboys | Beat a ranked FBS team, remained undefeated. A more impressive win. |
| Alabama Crimson Tide | Shut Down a powerful Ole Miss offense and obliterated their defense. Beat an FBS team, remained undefeated.  |
| Oklahoma Sooners | I was thinking that this would be a revenge game. OU doesn't get beat by the same team twice! Beat an FBS team, remained undefeated.  |
| Duke Blue Devils | Beat an FBS team, remained undefeated.  |
| Boston College Eagles | Beat an FBS team, remained undefeated. This is gonna be a fun team to see how they do this year. Has the schedule to go undefeated for a while.  |
| Missouri Tigers | Beat an FBS team, remained undefeated.  |
| Notre Dame Fighting Irish | Beat an FBS team, remained undefeated.  |
| Syracuse Orange | Beat a sad FBS team, remained undefeated.  |
| North Texas Mean Green | Beat an FBS team, remained undefeated. Impressive win for the Mean Green even if Arky is not good.  |
| Georgia Bulldogs | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games.  |
| Clemson Tigers | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games.  |
| Mississippi State Bulldogs | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games.  |
| Iowa Hawkeyes | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games.  |
| Kentucky Wildcats | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games.  |
| Penn State Nittany Lions | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games.  |
| Stanford Cardinal | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games.  |
| Minnesota Golden Gophers | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games. Row the gopher.  |
| Indiana Hoosiers | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games.  |
| USF Bulls | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games.  |
| Colorado Buffaloes | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games.  |
| Oregon Ducks | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games. I have no clue what to think of the ducks yet, their game against the Cardinal this week will determine if they deserve to stay.  |
| Washington State Cougars | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games. The pirate doesn't get beat by an FCS school so he may go 8-5 again.  |
| California Golden Bears | From here and below these are teams that have remained undefeated but defeated lesser opponents as we are wrapping up non-con games. Is Cal good? We have no real clue with their Non-Con being kind of cheesy easy.  |
