Overall Rationale: Step 1. At this point in the season, you must be undefeated to be in the poll. Step 2. Group teams into tiers. Only 3 tiers this week. Top tier is 2 or more wins against top 70 opponents. Mid tier is one win against Top 70. Both of these require 3 wins total. Bottom tier is two win teams.Step 3. Rank within each tier based on opponent strength, there is a bit of wiggle room here. I plan to use this methodology to guide my ranking all season long. Obviously has some potential flaws but what system doesn't? I like it a lot because I am somewhat ignoring team name and paying attention to results.
