Overall Rationale: Based on who you've beaten, and their number of wins to sort into "tiers" which I then sort by hand.  I penalize G5 teams 1 game, so they won't be ranked this early in the season, and beating them is also less valuable.  Because of the small number of games played, this looks crazy, but I really like it as a ranking of RESUMES more than of teams.  Honorable mention to Mizzou as the only undefeated P5 not to make my ranking this week.
