Overall Rationale: The teams that just missed my rankings are Boise State, Mizzou, Kentucky, Cincinnati, and BYU. Low on time so can't explain all my picks, but Alabama looks unstoppable, I have a feeling about Miss State, not ranking Wiscy after losing to BYU until they prove they can beat a team with a pulse, and basically everyone after 12-13 was kind of a toss up.
