Overall Rationale: This is a resume-based ballot which only considers the quality of opponents played to date. This early in the year I am heavily relying on S&P+ (and Sagarin rankings of FCS teams), but as the season goes on opponent quality will be more determined by my eye test with adv stats as a sanity check.Like most entirely backwards-looking ballots, it's going to have some wonky outcomes until midseason, and that's going to be even worse this year due to canceled and postponed games. Because I award a fixed-value undefeated bonus which diminishes in relative value over the course of the season, it's very difficult for teams with a loss to be ranked in my system this early. Other peculiar results such as well regarded teams being unranked are largely attributable to the "ain't played nobody" phenomenon.
